Startengine doesn't work, power ok:




When the start engine will not work and the startrelais is not clicking either while the battery is ok it's possible that there is something wrong with the safety circuit.
This safety circuit prevends starting when the gearbox isn't in neutral or the clutch handle is held.
A possible cause is that the neutral switch doesn't work, the neutral lamp isn't working either. In that case it's still possible to start the engine by holding the clutch handle. The problem can most likely be found by taking a close look at the neutral switch itself, under in the gearbox. In most cases it's only a wire problem in the connection to the switch (due to rain and oil).
